Former child star Mike Whitman is all grown up and married to his wife, Celeste--also a former child star. Life away from Hollywood’s glamour has given them new perspectives on family and culture.

Hollywood comes calling for a sequel series updated for entertaining modern families. Celeste and Mike’s sister and former co-star, Staci, agree to reprise their characters from the long popular family sitcom Goodwin’s Circle. But Staci, Celeste, and even Mike are tricked into violating their Christian beliefs when the show’s executives and new writers take the storylines and beloved characters into questionable directions.
